This is the first of two online auctions to disperse the remaining collections and belongings of the late Jack Thomson. Jack lived most of his life between London and St. Thomas before retiring to Grand Bend. Jack was a collector and dealer of antiques and collectables and we have been favoured in auctioning off all remaining chattels through our Online auctions.

The highest bidder shall be the purchaser. In case of dispute between bidders, the property shall be immediately put up again. The Auctioneer has the final say. No person shall retract their bid.
All property is sold "AS IS", and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. The Bidder may not return any item they purchase.
Property is open to thorough public inspection.
It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine the condition, age, authenticity, value and any other relevant information of an item. The Bidder shall be the sole judge of value.
The description and information respecting the property or advertisements for sale are believed to be correct but if any error be found therein it shall not annul the sale, nor shall any compensation be allowed in respect thereof.
The Bidder acknowledges and understands that the Online Auction service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction.
Under no circumstances shall the Bidder have any kind of claim against Cosens Auctions, HiBid or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction.
Cosens Auctions will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source.
Cosens Auctions reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction.
Purchasers must pick up items at designated and posted pick up times. If the scheduled pick up time is not suitable, other reasonable times must be organized prior to bidding. Any item not picked up will become the property of Cosens Auctions with no refunds.
